What data do we collect?
We collect the data you provide via the contact form or by email (name, email address, message content) as well as technical data (IP address, browser) required to operate the website.
Legal basis and purpose
The processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in order to respond to enquiries and administer business relationships, and on legal obligation where this follows from law (for example accounting).
Cookieless visitor statistics
We use Lovable's cookieless visitor statistics (flock) to understand how the website is used. The processing covers page visited, time, device type, browser and a shortened or otherwise protected network identifier. The data is used for aggregated statistics and improvement of the website on the basis of our legitimate interest. The analytics does not use cookies.
Recipients
We use service providers to operate the website and to store and manage contact requests. The website uses Lovable and Supabase.
Retention
Enquiries submitted via the contact form are stored for up to 24 months. Accounting records are kept for 7 years under the Swedish Accounting Act.
Your rights
